The purpose of this test is to evaluate the measurement and evaluation knowledge and skills of pre-service and in-service teachers using an innovative approach: the Multistage Testing (MST) method. The test development process was grounded in the Assessment Literacy Evaluation Framework, and careful attention was paid to ensuring that the items aligned with current educational needs and contemporary assessment practices.
The assessment consists of three stages, following a 1-3-3 panel design. Each module includes eight items representing the dimensions defined in the Assessment Literacy Evaluation Framework. Participants complete the test by responding to a total of 24 items.
