Computer Adaptive Testing: Theory to Practice
20 M.S. and Ph.D. students from the Educational Measurement and Evaluation Program of six different universities (Hacettepe, Gazi, Ankara, Ege, Gaziantep, & Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal) participated in the event, which was organized under the TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Education Activities Support Program.
During the event, the participants worked on applications of achievement test and scale development with CAT by using R and R-based software CONCERTO platform.
